Salads & Dressings Recipe Reviews

Salads are the easiest dish to cook up. They will always look GREAT and its very rare that it doesn't taste great. And the best thing about salads is that there are endless combinations of salads you can mix and match and create to suit your taste.

It wasn't until I ate a balsamic vineger salad back in Adelaide that I truly become a salad lover!

You can use almost any vegetable to make a salad. And one thing that I have learnt from Jamie Oliver is that herbs are very versatile and can be used in many dishes to enhance and develop flavours. Infact, I am very impress how simple some salads can be, but taste extraordinary using just a few pieces of herbs!

Enjoy

Catherine
