Cakes & Muffins Recipe Reviews

Baking a great cake is always a challenge, there are a lot of variables in getting it right. If you want get started in baking, I would suggest trying a muffin to get the momentum first. Baking muffins ease you into the basic baking techniques, and because muffins are very forgiving, they have a very high percentage of turning out perfect. This is very important for confidence and momentum.

When you are able to finally bake the 'perfect' cake, it really feels great. Your kids will enjoy knowing mum (or dad) baked their very own special chocolate double frosted Mickey Mouse cake!

Practice always makes perfect, so, give it a shot today.

Catherine
